1. Ordering & Payments

Q1: How do I place an order?

Placing an order is simple:

  1. Browse our collection and select the item(s) you love.
  2. Choose the size and quantity, then click "Add to Cart."
  3. Proceed to checkout, enter your details, and make a payment.
  4. You’ll receive an order confirmation via email/SMS.

Q2: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, etc.)
  • UPI Payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
  • Net Banking (All major banks)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) (Available on select orders)

Q3: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placing them. Contact us immediately at info@agoraamart.in if you need changes.


2. Shipping & Delivery

Q4: How long does it take to receive my order?

We process orders within 2-3 business days. Delivery takes 2-5 days, depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Q5: Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within India. Stay tuned for international shipping updates!

Q6: How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also track your order from the "Track Order" section on our website.

Q7: What if my package is delayed or lost?

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please reach out to us. If lost, we will initiate a replacement or refund after investigation with the courier partner.


3. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Q8: What is your return policy?

  • For damaged, misprinted, or defective items, you must submit your request within 7 days of delivery.
  • For items lost in transit, we will issue a refund once the shipping status confirms the item is lost

Q 8.1 What are the reasons for a return?

A: You can initiate a return if:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product is damaged or defective.
  • The product is lost in transit

Q 8.2  What if I ordered the wrong size or simply want to return a product without defects?

A: If your customer ordered the wrong size or wants to return a product without any defects, this has to be handled at your expense by placing a new order

Q9: How do I initiate a return or exchange?

To request a return:

  1. Visit the "Returns & Exchanges" section on our website.
  2. Enter your order details and reason for return.
  3. Our team will arrange a pickup from your location.

Q10: When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item passes the quality check. The amount is credited to your original payment method.


4. Product & Sizing Queries

Q11: How do I find the right size?

Every product page includes a size chart to help you choose the best fit. If unsure, feel free to contact our support team for assistance.

Q12: Are your products true to size?

Yes, our products follow standard Indian sizing. However, minor variations may occur due to fabric type and design.

Yes! We frequently run sales, discounts, and promo codes. Subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on social media to stay updated.

Q14: How do I apply a promo code?

Enter your promo code at checkout in the “Apply Coupon” section. The discount will be applied before you make the payment.
