    • Agoraa Mart accepts returns and will issue refunds or replacements for products that arrive misprinted, damaged, or defective.
    • Customers must provide clear photographic or video evidence (e.g., unboxing videos) of the defect or damage.
    • Claims for defective or damaged items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Incorrect Items:
    • If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return and replacement or refund.
  • Returns Due to Customer Preference (e.g., wrong size, "not liking" the product):
    • As our products are often made-to-order through Qikink, returns based on personal preference (e.g., wrong size, color, or simply not liking the product) are generally handled at the customer's expense.
    • In these cases, customers may be responsible for the cost of returning the item and/or placing a new order.
    • We can at our discretion, allow for store credit, or partial refunds in these instances.

2. Return Process:
