We Offer Free Shipping on our Website which is clearly stated on Check out and Home page

  • All orders are processed through our fulfillment partner, Qikink.
  • Production time varies depending on the product, but typically takes
  • ( 2-5 business days) before shipping.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:

  • We use various shipping carriers to ensure reliable delivery.
  • Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
  • Typical delivery times are ( 5-10 business days) after production is complete.
  • Please note that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.  

3. Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your shipping address.  
  • We  offer Free shipping  on our website.

4. Shipping Destinations:

  • We currently ship to (India).
  • Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.  

5. Delivery Issues:

  • Lost or Damaged Packages:
    • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately.
    • We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as needed.  
  • Incorrect Shipping Address:

    • Agoraa Mart is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
    • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

    • We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
    • If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us, and we will investigate the matter.

6. Returns and Exchanges (Related to Shipping):

  • Damaged or Defective Items:
    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
    • We will provide instructions for returning the item and arrange for a replacement or refund.  
    • Please provide unboxing videos or photos of the damaged items.
  • Return Shipping:
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

  • Reverse Pickup:
    • Reverse pickups can be arranged within 5 days of delivery.
